1. Purpose

Tako is an online service that helps you communicate better in dating app conversations. Tako provides AI-generated analyses and reply suggestions.

2. Publisher

Tako is published by Jérôme Jacq, reachable at jerome.jacq@gmail.com. The service is available at https://tako.fyi.

3. Access

Using Tako requires an account (email + password). You must be a legal adult. Tako may suspend any account in case of misuse.

4. Pricing

Tako offers a 7-day free trial with unlimited Pro features. After the trial, you move to a limited free tier (5 generations a day). A Pro subscription at $9.99/month unlocks unlimited use — manage or cancel anytime through the Stripe portal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to only use Tako with conversations you are a party to, and to respect the privacy and dignity of the people mentioned. Tako may refuse any generation that violates its internal rules or Anthropic's.

6. Liability

Tako's suggestions are inspiration to rephrase, not scripts. You remain solely responsible for what you send. Tako does not guarantee any particular outcome in your relationships.

7. Personal data

Data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

Tako may update these terms. Users are notified by email of any substantial change.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Angers, France, unless public-order provisions state otherwise.
